AUTOMATIC WASH LIMITS
Keep these out of the automatic.
- Over 84″ tall or 96″ wide
- Hitches, rear racks & oversized grille guards
- Fuel tanks or loose items in truck beds
- Ladders & large ladder racks
- Heavy mud, flaking rust or rust holes
- Loose or tied-on accessories
Other restricted vehicles & mirrors
Full-size Hummers, 1965–1969 Cadillacs, and permanently affixed tripod-style mirrors cannot use the automatic.
Self-serve bays have 11-foot height clearance. The vacuum island has 10-foot height clearance. Include rooftop accessories in your measurements.

Quick answers.
What else should I do before entering?
Close windows and sunroofs. Turn wipers and collision assistance off; use your vehicle’s wash mode. Lower antennas, secure plates, and remove loose accessories, covers, and magnets. Pull forward until instructed to stop.
What about damaged, modified, or classic vehicles?
Ask us first about damaged parts or paint, aftermarket equipment, fixed antennas, exterior racks or covers, or vehicles over 30 years old.
Do you wash dually trucks?
Yes. We wash dually trucks, including four-door, long-bed models, when they stay under the posted 84-inch height and 96-inch width limits and meet all preparation requirements.
Do I need to remove my trailer hitch?
Yes. Remove the trailer hitch and any hitch cover before entering the automatic wash.
Can a truck with a grille guard use the wash?
Oversized, protruding, loose, or unusually shaped grille guards cannot enter. If you are unsure, call us before washing so we can help assess it.
What should I do if the tool says to use self-serve?
Use one of Badger's four self-serve bays, where you control the equipment and your vehicle remains stationary.
